We’ve just come back from our three-days trip over the bigger chain of mountain in Cordoba: Altas Cumbres. It is a fabulous place. The road goes over the mountains, from where you can see very far. Here we will share some pictures so you can enjoy it too.
The road
I am not a driver, always on a passenger seat. I am especially happy about it when we drive to the mountains 😀 Because I can completely focus on the sceneries along the road.
View from the mountains
From Altas Cumbres you can see several cities of Cordoba province, including Carlos Paz and the Cordoba capital. Wherever you look, the landscape is amazing.
Birds
This area in the mountains is rich with birds of prey. I like all types of birds, but these ones are especially beautiful to me. In both my trips to Altas Cumbres I’ve managed to capture some of these beautiful predators.
Epic place to have some mAte or tea
On the way back we always stop somewhere to have some mate. It lets Martin rest a bit from driving (the road takes 3 to 5 hours, depending on the amounts of stops to take pictures and enjoy the view).
This time we found a really epic place: on top of the rock with a view to sunset and the whole valley beneath us. No camera can catch the beauty of this moment, but it can give you an idea of how it is.
